Janie Peel
Attended Texas State University and started Wimberley Land Company at the age of 19. She has been licensed since 1976 and is a Georgia and South Carolina Broker. Janie is active in promoting our current projects as well as bringing new ones onboard. She has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management. Janie is the Owner, President and Broker of Prime Commercial Properties, an Augusta owned business since 1984. Janie is a key player in the growth of Augusta. She is an active member and affiliate of numerous civic and professional organizations. She is the Mother of two daughters, Danielle and Coty.

Carole Blount
Carole is Prime's retail specialist. Her main focus is leasing and selling neighborhood shopping centers. Carole is proficient in taking a project from inception to finish. She is "Augusta's Premiere Leasing Agent" and an energetic key member of our organization. She has been with Prime Commercial Properties eight years and is a Vice President with our company.

Susan Goodwin
Susan has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years. She has extensive experience, knowledge and skills in Commercial Real Estate Development, Property Management, Leasing and Sales, as well as experience in non-profit affordable housing. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Paralegal Certification from Augusta Sate University and is a licensed agent in the States of Georgia and South Carolina since 1994.

Kelley New
Our resident Interior Designer, Kelley received his degree from the New York School of Interior Design and has been in the business for 36 years. Kelley was the on-site designer for Senator Eugene Holley, of Georgia when the penthouse for The Lamar Building was designed and built under the direction of internationally renowned architect I.M. Pei. The clients and tenants of Prime Commercial Properties utilize Kelley. He is dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Augusta. Kelley is an expert in architecture and design techniques adding a valuable dimension to our team.
