Centre at Fury’s Ferry (Columbia County):

  • Supervised Construction, Currently Leasing and Managed Multi-Tenancy property (all three phases).

The Shoppes at Devin Park (Columbia/Richmond County):

  • Supervised Construction, Currently Leasing, and Managing Four Tenant Property.

Highlands at Watervale (Columbia County):

  • Supervised Construction of Subdivision and Building of Homes.

Woodcreek (Columbia County):

  • Supervised Construction of Subdivision and Building of Homes. 
  • Packaged and sold 16 pre-sold homes from the Colonel to Captains and E7’s when Fort Gordon moved the Computer Science School to Augusta from Indianapolis. 

Agerton Center (West Augusta):

  • Supervised Construction, Leased and Managed Multi-Tenancy Property.
  • Spent two years putting the land package together with three unmotivated sellers.

Woodvalley (Richmond County):

  • Supervised Construction of Subdivision and Building of Homes.

The Lamar Building (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Renovated, Leased, and Managed this Augusta icon for eight years.  Supervised a team of 13 consisting of building superintendents, janitorial staff, and leasing and management staff. 

The SunTrust Building (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Renovated, Leased, and Managed for three years.

Cambridge College (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Brought this College to Augusta despite stiff competition with Atlanta and Savannah.

IPSWITCH (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Brokered software development tenant and leased them two full floors of space at the Lamar Building.

The Miller Theatre (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Worked for three years to consummate a sale and restoration project.  Active on Friends of the Miller Campaign.

The Woolworth Building (Richmond County, Downtown Augusta)

  • Worked for five years to find a suitable developer. 
  • Project currently underway for retail and upscale condominiums.

Ombudsman Program (Augusta Region)

  • Developed program based on current needs of Augusta.
  • Identified problems and implemented solutions during a difficult political period.
  • Coordinated economic development organizations and affiliate organizations to form One Voice – One Vision – One Augusta
