Janie attended Texas State University and started Wimberley Land Company at the age of 19. Janie has been licensed since 1976 and is a Georgia and South Carolina Broker. She is active in promoting our current projects, as well as bringing new ones onboard. She has over 32 years of experience in Commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management. Janie is the founder of Prime Commercial Properties, an Augusta based business since 1984, and is a key player in the growth of Augusta. She is an active member and affiliate of numerous civic and professional organizations.

Danielle Hill
Property Manager/Vice President
Danielle handles the Property Management and Marketing for Prime. She is a licensed agent and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Danielle has been working with our company for five years and is very familiar with Sales, Leasing, and Property Management in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Susan Goodwin
Agent
Susan has worked 25 years in the real estate industry with 15 years at a private real estate investment and development firm. She was involved in all aspects of property management, development, acquisitions, and sales of a large portfolio consisting mainly of commercial properties. Projects included strip shopping centers and stand-alone buildings with national tenants, self-storage facilities, and hotels such as Best Western and Red Roof Inn. Susan has also worked in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management handling class-A office space, strip centers, land, and historic properties. Susan has a bachelor's degree and paralegal certification from Augusta State University. She is also trained in housing counseling for her work in affordable housing with a nonprofit agency where she coordinated home buying education seminars.

Kelley New
Interior Designer
Our resident Interior Designer, Kelley received his degree from the New York School of Interior Design and has been in the business for 36 years. Kelley was the on-site designer for Senator Eugene Holley when the penthouse for The Lamar Building was designed and built under the direction of internationally renowned architect I.M. Pei. The clients and tenants of Prime Commercial Properties utilize Kelley on a regular basis. He is dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Augusta. Kelley is an expert in architectural design techniques adding a valuable dimension to our team.
